even as we speak about entering 20o7 with a victorious spirit,Ive decided to take some time to reflect on what my journey with god this far has been like.
and indeed it has been an amazing walk to where I am today! god revealed to me the times where I have sinned in
ignorant rebellion with the things I say or do, and through it all I was reminded of how He had been faithful to me in every situation. the strength only he provides has allowed me to pick up the pieces and move on. every time I cry out, he just places this really big plaster
that covers all our hurts, our pain, our struggles, our strongholds, everything. and I stand today in awe of how I have made it through these times.
at cell last weekend we talked about
faithfulness.

Matthew 25:14-30[parable of the talents]

Ive always been one who sets my sights on the bigger things. things like leading people to christ, things like serving god in the music min.
God reminds us in this simple parable that if we were to ‘have an abundance’ we should first be faithful with the little that we have.
here we are not just talking about faithfulness, but if you really think about it, it also talks about accountability. And this set me thinking about how accountable Ive been to god with the things and people that he has placed in my life. it’s a disappointing picture, I admit. I asked myself this question, if christ were to come today, here and now, what would he say about what ive done with everything that he has placed me in charge of? Will I be ready to ascend into his heavenly courts? Not quite.
It really makes perfect sense. to have an abundance, be faithful with little.
A dead man has no rights
, and if we have declared that we are dead to our former selves and born again into christ’s kingdom, we truly have no rights!’
indeed, who we are today is not because of what we’ve done, but because of who HE is. all that we have and own is
god’s property
, right down to our body!
And when we stand before his throne one day, god requires us to return this property, whatever state it is in.
so how well have you taken care of god’s property?

My bro xunfu
has said yes to jesus today. alright dude! :D

All of heaven rejoices over your salvation.
