we’ve been talking about going to vivo to catch a movie since o’s ended,and it is today we have finally accomplished our goal.haha. zu,brandon,louis,tok and i.the q was damn long so we only got the second row.the seats were more spacious and the screen,besides being bigger was a further distance away from the seats. Yeah so it wasn’t a problem. (:

got a tee to go wit my brown puma jacket. but it wasn’t cheap. Haha. its really nice tho,so yay! (:
the shirts I found at vivo were bloody ex,so we went to bugis street instead. and I ended up getting a shirt that’s not very cheap either. but it was the best fit wit the jacket .. cheeseburger at MOS for dinner. Pathetic,but I was broke after a movie,the shirt,an ash grey hairspray and a wrist accessory. so that was about the best I could get? haha.

Okaaay … this blog is starting to look a little more decent. haha. yays! (:
I was online the whole day … Attempting to rennovate this blog .. heh.. and with the rain coming in,as usual .. i didn’t really feel in the mood to go anywhere,much less for rehearsal. haha. not that im not excited about it or anything la. the mood just wasn’t there and everything …so yeah. the bus ride to TCT made me feel really queasy for some reason .. it was then I also realised I was getting hungry. Lols. so I sms lynn to ask her if she was hungry and she said yes.so we agreed to order a side dish. Haha :D just no oyster again. haha. the oyster there really sucked. Its seriously nasty shit. haha.
Lynn lost her voice so I had to speak for her! haha.
And my thanks to mich for the cookies! Yayness! they were really delicious man. even my mom and bro liked it.
found myself a little distracted during rehearsal. just couldn’t get it together.
CDP’s coming up in just about five days … it’s my first being involved in the NYCDP choir since I joined fc about a year back … so yeah, im all hyped up dudes! (: pray for me,for us.
Prayer requests ___________(we’re going into 20o7,so ive condensed everything into 7 basic pointers (: )
1) for everyone involved in the NYCDP;from the on stage performers to the back stage crew-that amidst the rehearsals,and even through to 20o7 god will sustain us and bring us into the new year with a bang! (:
2) Also,for us to get our hearts right,that its not just about fun,neither is it about us,or anyone else. its for god’s glory.
3) for god to heal those that are sick[cus the weather really sucks these days]
4) for those that are coming for CDP,that they will come with open hearts to cross into the new year expecting to receive the blessings god has for them.
5) for the new year,a fresh start,another chapter,that god will prepare us to rise up to tougher challenges and enter into a deeper level of faith
6) god will grow and multiply his family! (:
7) ive accepted my cell leader’s challenge not to go into a relationship untill after NS,for reasonable points he and I have discussed. that’s five years people. so do pray that god will guard my heart and guide me along (: thankyou! Plus, Ive also accepted a second challenge to make myself more available to serve, and that means sacrifice in terms of time,time with friends,time chilling out. and I really want my CG to grow, but most importantly I want all of us to put our faith to the test and in the process sink our roots deeper. So yeah, in order to be able to teach we have to first be taught. So here are four points.
FAST
Faithfulness. to be faithful first with the little that we are given
Availability. Self-explainatory. Haha.
Submissiveness. god’s will, not ours
Teachability. Openess to the guidance,from god and our leaders.

1) My first few minutes were spent … with fam and pam. haha. hey that’s so lame. lame ass on the loose! but yeah, it was with family and pamela.
2) My next few hours were spent … playing ps and talking to michelle. haha.
3) Alright. the conversation ended really late la. or early. well yeah, hit the sack at three plus.
Anyways.
My mommy, bro and I were supposed to attend a christmas lunch at COOS. the sucky thing was … it was situated out in an open field area with a tentage covering it. there were no tables, no chairs, and seas of people in qs for food. hah, that’s like the stupidest thing to ever happen. yeah so we lunched at town instead. Zzz.
Christmas dinner @ home wit family. :D
that’s about it this year. alright dudes … im gna plan a party nex year so y’all confirm with me on availabilty and contribute ideas to what we should be doing! it’s a long way to go so lets make it a bang!

Alas!Christmas this year is a little boring! the fammy had a gathering at my aunt’s place last evening at bishan,and yeeeeah. It was not exactly a blast,to say the least.cept for the red wine,chilling out with ben.that’s about it dude! I ended up calling michelle instead. (: thanks mich! People were all going home really early, including ben, so yeah,without her id be stoning to death. rawr! haha! she’s like the only friend ive made from the countdown party choir. really sad huh.haha.
something else t mention! During tribe activity after service ytd I got to kno bjorn’s sister, who just so happens to be Ian’s really really good friend. So yay! :D thanks also to liang ming for the saltshaker she gave me during service(there were sweets and a note inside). it really encouraged me. been talking about going bac to coos for the longest time … and geez! I havent done so yet. damn.hope glenn doesn’t forget me already man.

for as long as i can remember, family gatherings right around Christmas have not been exactly exciting, to say the least. haha. i really wanted something with more of a bang this christmas.. but sad to say guys .. not much success at even getting the planning underway .. haha. next year man. next yr is going to be really different. [=
was thinking of asking my dad to get me cash instead this christmas .. really could use some right now .. i need to get some bling for the 31 dec ..
haha. you see,i'm part of my church's choir which will be performing on the 31 dec; NY countdown party .. the theme's streetwear;thus the need for some bling bling! im open to ideas for attire .. still deciding ... closing date's on the 23 dec morning! ahahs. today is just really really boring .. hah. been watching some guit and drum solos ... dude,are they on drugs? they're so bloody good.. argh. i havent been able to get inspiration for a good entry .. i really dont kno why..
oh wells!
lm suggested that whenever i talked to her.. id tend to say things that suggest ive always thought she felt the same way about me. seriously, i never thought that way,like very very little has it occured to me to be that way? yeah. for the record tho.. i really dont think it has always been what i thought it was.. id be lying if i said i never doubted. and for some reason its just getting more intense. like lm and lionel have always pointed out, and i too realised, though, serving god is one of my top priorities right now .. ive got more important things to focus on thn just all this. to live in total surrender and trust despite the cirucumstances life throws at you.

SICC is like bloddy far in la. haha. we had to walk like about 20 to 3o minutes to get there ..
we were complaining half the time. haha ! yeah, but it was really fun playing with the guys ... Josh and tim .. haha. there was this other building with a really small pool house and the three of us decided to check the place out while waiting for darren .. the uncle was awesome man! he let us play for free la. haha. thankyou uncle! :D
since darren was a member there, practically everything we did was free, if not, reeeeally cheap.
that included dinner! yay gunner ... it tasted really good. i liked it. haha.
we got really tired by the time it was ten .. Tim's dad came in(thank god man! yeah!) and sent us to the bus stop where i took 132 right home. decided against ball today at temasek poly wit the guys .. had somethings to do .. all the christmas cards i havent written.. haha .. plus i need to make a trip down to ben's place tmw to check out some stuff .. looking forward to christmas weekend! man,anything beats staying at home all day, like today. haha. yeah .. im like super bored today .. what's a good form of entertainment? anyone? argh.

hey people! Just came back from KL.
it was quite a blast! :D had alota fun.
there were late nights playing cards,chatting in other people's rooms,drinking vodka(yes,again.),eating instant noodles for supper,watching tv,singing ... and crappy early mornings with little, or sometimes, no appetitite for breakfast. haha. i did eat tho. just not alot. breakfast is always when i have the least appetite.
yea, and really long bus rides. which had us killing time by singing,untill we killed chickens. which yang did,mercilessly. lols. im guilty too la. heh. ^^ blasting music like nobody's business. haha. gaying. (uh-hurms. you know who you are! :D) chatting. sleeping. which we did alot. haha. sometimes the after a high everyone in the bus will just suddenly diam. then realise that everyone has fallen asleep. then suddenly all wake up. high again. then sleep again. haha. ya,the stuff that bus rides in KL did to us. made us insane. the first few meals in KL really sucked. haha. they got better la. but i still prefer the food in singapore. the senior guys basically didnt have much to do at the rehearsals. we were just doing one item for hihs(which is the phantom medly) and Salmo for the St Gabs guys. it was really a different experience altogether working with the St Gabs people. i liked it! haha. i found that i learnt things from Mr Lee rehearsing with them. ah yes, there were the shopping trips as well;which almost everyone was looking foward too. went to places like Times sq,bukit pintang,BB plaza. and some other places that i cant rmb. i got myself three things. 1) A brown puma jac. 2) A brown converse tee 3) and a pair of black and gold nike air shoes.they were really good buys.! And of course,chocs for family and friends. haha. some of the things we came acrs there were just about the same price here in Singapore .. if not more expensive. but they were generally cheaper la. because of the Year end sale. discounts everywhere. heh.
we also had an exchange with a local university choir. Mr Lim,their conductor,worked through our pieces with us, and yes, i learnt stuff from him too.
geez,they were really really good! every individual in the choir contributed distinctly to the pieces which they did,and the sound just blew us away. haha.
the whole hour of exchange was a really productive time in that i took home some techniques that would improve on the way i sing.
Our final performance was on the last day at Malacca. there were not alota people there la. haha. there the hihs choir did their 6 or 7 concert pieces and us senior guys joined them for the phantom medly,as well as St Gabs for Salmo.
once that was over we had lunch, and by the end of the whole trip i really had no ringgits left so Darren,myself and the sixtets from St Gabs just sat around the cafe where we had lunch and sang. haha. it was great fun singing with them la. yup. then we took some pictures and soon found ourselves on the bus ride home.
at the last Malaysian checkpoint the St Gabs sixtet did a thankyou version of insomniac for Ms Yee, and yes,she was touched! ahaha. the bus ride home was just as crazy,everyone couldnt stop singing. after dinner back in Singapore,(duck noodles tastes so much better la.) darren,jason,xuan,yang and me went to play pool at plaza. got home around ten. haha.And so... time to catch up on some sleep! ^^
the KL trip was really enjoyable in that for us seniors, it was our last to do what we have alwys loved doing with the hihs choir,beyond all the fun we had, id also like to see this passion that we share be passed on to the future gens of this choir. and many thanks to Ms Yee.! without her many of the choir's success and acheievements would not have been possible. we'd all be lost without her guidance. so juniors reading this ... dont disappoint her for SYF next yr alright... chill people... i dont have all the pictures in yet so here are just a few we took .. :D

didnt go to church today cus i wanted to rest and also pack for the KL trip on tues.
but i havent packed yet! lols.
im just lazy la.
haha. what to do.?
ytd i had a dental appointment in the morning. it was a little painful from time to time, but it was really quite alright. haha. the dentist repeatedly said 'sorry .. sorry!' everytime i winced when it hurt. haha. so yes, it was a little funny as well. i just didnt kno what to say! haha.
Clar says braces are going to be fun.
seriously.? haha. alright, i'll believe her. hm.
After i had lunch wit my mom at tb plaza,we just looked around .. and gues what? i bought spongebob! he's sitting on my table now. lOls. coolness!
then i went to meet up with xuanming at cityhall. he had to go suntec to pass telicia some of her things. haha. then he told me about this gal,said she was one of the most chio from the singout choir. in an interesting turn of events, she turned out to be clar's best friend! and there we sat,out side the suntec exhibition hall,still waiting for telicia,laughing our asses off. haha. oh well. what can i say. As with every singout concert. haha.
last yr it was three of the hihs guys. who? dno. haha. dont tell you leh! ^^ and this year.? also dont tell you. haha. but things couldnt have turned out to be as interesting. k, and darren has a reputation. haha. for being what? i will not say either. haha. that aside .. xuan and i later went to ps to play pool ..
we were there for about three hours plus. really tired. after like winning ... how many rounds ah? ^^ haha.
was supposed to go sentosa la. a little disappointed that the whole thing got cancelled eventually.
im excited about the KL trip! its perhaps going to be the last time the graduated seniors will have a chance to perform . and we're singing phatom of the opera! haha! i better go look through the notes to prepare for tmw's prac la. the new choir tee looks steady man. steady. at first when arthur told me it was purple all i could say was .. 'eee... yucks!'. well. its not all purple. the main colour is still black, and the logo is purple. its a whole lot better thn the previous choir tees. two thumbs up!
Arthur,Chuanlian and i will be wearing our tribe jersies. because its going to look really cool when the three of us walk together la. haha!

singout'o6! :D what's it going to be like without us,i think? ^^haha.
Jason,Jasper,YangJun and i had dinner @ marina sq. i think i really screwed up my McSpicy,but who cares! haha! a new perspective on how burgers should be eaten. remove the bread, stuff fries and dip it in chilli;then eat the meat seperately. oh well! it all goes down eventually! we initially came across this cafe which appeared to have really cheap pasta. only to find that you only get cheap pasta if you buy really expensive drinks. which cost almost the same as the pasta! what,are they trying to bluff three year olds? haha. we must be idiots if we settled for that.
Macs it was then, and it was fiiling.
Lionel,Terry,LiangMing,Gav,Bjorn,Kev, and some other fc people came.
they've never seen Arthur or me perform; but just having them there ... if only for a brief momment, it made me happy. at one point, despite feeling a little pissed for reasons i will not mention, it was all good. one item was a screw up, and i found that it really, really,really sucked. haha. the solo was ... a nightmare. haha! that aside tho, i found the Il divo rendition of 'unbreak my heart' by the St Gabs acapela really really good! thumbs up,it was great. :D 'We're all in this together' by the PHS choir was something to watch as well. i wna learn tht dance! hihs did good too! im proud of you all.
